Travelling by road
From A39 (east and west): Follow A39 (signposted Minehead) until you reach the traffic lights at the bottom of Dunster Steep (signposted A396). Turn on to A396 at traffic lights and public parking is available in Dunster.
From Taunton (M5): Follow A358 (signposted Minehead) to Williton and the A39. Follow A39 as above.
From A396 (south): Follow A396 (signposted Minehead) to Dunster.
For Nutcombe Bottom Car Park, Forest Trails, Adventure play area, picnic sites and Tall Trees Trail, follow A396, and ¼ mile from Dunster look for signs to Nutcombe Bottom and Luxborough. Take right fork at Bonniton Cottage and Nutcombe Bottom Car Park is 200m on the left.
Blue Badge holders:
Designated bays in Nutcombe Bottom Car Park (please note that surface is not ideal for wheelchairs). Alternatively, take left fork at Bonniton Cottage and look for Tall Trees Trail 350m on left (car park and trail are suitable for wheelchairs).

Public bus
Bus services available from Minehead, Taunton and Bridgwater to Dunster. Check bus times by contacting Traveline. Alternatively, contact Dunster Estate Office, local Tourist Information Centre or Dunster National Park Centre for further details.
Moor Rover
Moor Rover flexible bus service may also be available for bookings of up to 16 passengers, and is able to transport passenger’s wheelchairs, dogs and cycles to anywhere in the West Somerset area of Exmoor National Park. Booking line (01643 709701)
West Somerset Steam Railway
West Somerset Steam Railway station at Dunster Marsh is a short walk (1km/0.6miles up slight incline) from Dunster high street and services run throughout the year. See here for more details.
